WedMeGood - Venue Onboarding Specialist (0-3 yrs)
Requirements:
Experience- 0-3 years
Qualification- Any graduate
Operations background preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for both lead generation as well as lead closure.
- Responsible for connecting with venue owners/ hoteliers over calls to push them login to the portal and update their storefronts.
- Responsible for creating sales opportunities for venue sales team by connecting to the vendors and briefing them on our subscription plans.
- Will serve as a primary point of contact for the assigned accounts to ensure maximum client satisfaction and successful association with the brand.
- Assist the client with adhering to best practices in order to achieve optimum benefit from
their registration
- Build trusted relationships by emphasizing the value of maintaining quality with a goal of
helping them achieve long-term success.
- Act as the voice of the customers/client within WedMeGood, representing their feedback and needs to relevant teams, such as product, marketing, solutions, and customer experience.
