Wedevelopment - Manager - Sales - Real Estate Vertical (4-10 yrs)
- The Candidate will be part of the Sales Team engaging in the sale of units from projects of The Goyal Group and Wedevelopment.
- Responsible for the sale of residential and commercial units for different projects assigned
- Responsible for ideating and executing different activities toward generating leads and managing brokers, ensuring the requisite footfalls to the respective projects are achieved
- Responsible for project sales office management at the project site including brand management, customer engagement, closing, and other sales processes
- Overviewing and supporting the CRM team in the after-sales processes including, loans and collections.
- Coordinating with the Marketing team for different customer engagement and branding activities wherever required as a part of the project.
- Managing customer and broker data, sales documents, generating reports and MIS
