WeddingSutra Bridal Concierge is an exciting, newly developed team that matches couples with the perfect wedding vendors for their wedding day.WeddingSutra Bridal Concierge will be responsible for communicating with visitors and members of WeddingSutra.com and educating and promoting WeddingSutra Concierge service - connecting the future bride or groom with the best wedding vendors that meet their criteria for that big day.

Responsibilities :

- Research local markets and wedding vendors to become the local wedding advice expert for couples and to provide potential business partner leads to the Sales team

- Provide a - wow- experience that inspires and educates WeddingSutra visitors about WeddingSutra's Bridal Concierge service

- Provide in-depth, trustworthy and fun consultations by asking the right questions and listening and analyzing the couples- needs for their wedding Connect future brides and grooms with local wedding vendors that meet their needs

- Chat with brides in real time inquire, inspire, research, and recommend vendors

- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the chat/ call

- Strive in a fast-paced, high volume team balanced with a high level of compassion, engagement, and results orientation (quality and quantity matter!)

- Log all member activity in our CRM and actively communicate with Sales Team

Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related discipline

- Prior experience in the wedding industry preferably a wedding planning role or bridal consultant

- 6 months of customer service experience

- Eager self-starter with strong communication skills

- Organized and composed, with great attention to detail, positive, high-energy personality, and thorough follow-through Punctual, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
