Weddings Only - Associate - Customer Success (0-4 yrs)
Candidate with experience in sales with an interest in event planning/ wedding planning.
What you'll do?
1) Interacting with potential client leads (brides, grooms, and their families) via inbound or outbound calls.
2) Understand client-requirements (learn about their requirements) and document this information in a comprehensive and organized manner (update the information in our CRM tool/ tracker)
3) Help clients find the right venue/ vendors for their needs.
4) Schedule and conduct client meetings in an efficient and timely manner.
5) Educate clients on our packages, their benefits, and why they should subscribe to our services.
6) Get clients to create free accounts on our website and enable them to use our product features.
7) Convert free users to paying clients.
8) Communicate information to internal team members to assist in planning the client's wedding.
9) Ensure quality match between client's needs and vendor's needs (pricing, size, and more).
Additional responsibilities (as required)
1) Coordinate and communicate with the team of business development interns.
2) Find, recruit, and onboard new wedding vendors (photographers, banquet halls, makeup artists, etc) by reaching out to them via in-person and phone conversations.
3) Educate potential clients on our packages, their benefits, and why they should subscribe to our services.
4) Communicate information to internal team members to optimise vendor profile and get content features.
5) Obtain vendor feedback and share with team members to help improve the onboarding process.
What we are looking for?
1) Excellent communicator (in-person, phone, and written).
2) Experienced with virtual meetings.
3) Enthusiastic and dynamic personality.
4) Familiar with and has exposure to technology-based platforms (can explain benefits of a tech tool and how to use it).
5) Patient and proactive nature with clients (usually multiple meetings may be necessary!).
6) Team-player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is receptive to feedback.
7) Honest and empathetic.
8) Flexible and eager to do whatever is required - sometimes your responsibilities may shift depending upon the current needs!
We'll prefer a candidate who Has experience in hospitality, hotels or event planning.
