NOTE:
We are particularly interested in candidates who have their own venture or small firm in the Wedding / Events or Hospitality Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage premium wedding planning from start to finish
- Guide and mentor a team of planners and assistants
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution
- Drive business growth and strategic initiatives to scale our services
- Ensure each event exceeds client expectations with innovative design and creativity
We're Looking For:
- 10-15 years of experience in #wedding / event planning
- Proven track record in managing premium weddings
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to create and execute personalized wedding designs
- Must have run or managed a wedding planning business or team
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore/Bengaluru
