As the Lead Wedding Planner for our Jaipur location, you will be responsible for managing premium weddings and leading a team of planners and assistant planners to deliver top-class customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with the vendor manager, operations managers, relationship managers, and sales managers to ensure seamless end-to-end planning and execution of events. Additionally, you will work with the leadership team on strategic initiatives to scale the business and uphold our commitment to delivering unparalleled quality in every event.
Key Responsibilities :
- Revenue Generation : Collaborate and take support from relationship managers to meet revenue targets.
- Event Planning Budget Management : Create proposals and manage wedding budgets, develop detailed wedding plans, including timelines, budgets, and checklists.
- Vendor Coordination : Source and liaise with vendors to secure contracts and ensure services meet client expectations.
- Logistics Management : Oversee all logistical details, including transportation, accommodations, and on-the-day coordination.
- Design and Decor : Assist in the selection of themes, color schemes, decorations, and other design elements to create a cohesive and visually appealing wedding with the support of a Design Consultant.
- Problem-Solving : Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during the planning process and during the events.
- Client Support : Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the planning process and during the events.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of weddings, from initial consultation to the day-of coordination.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in wedding planning or event management.
- Minimum 1 year of team management experience is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail alongside of keeping up with the latest design trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
