Wecare Capital - Executive - Sales (0-2 yrs)
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Team as a Tele-caller. As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to offer our loan products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, convert them into sales, and contribute to the overall growth and success of team.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our loan products and services.
- Explain loan products, features, and benefits to prospective customers in a clear andcomprehensive manner.
- Collect necessary information and documents from customers to assess their eligibility for loans.
-Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, calling on prospect's data and generating referrals from maximum conversations.
- Provide accurate information regarding loan application procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions, including details of calls made, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
