We are urgently looking candidates for International Voice Process (Tech Sales & Tech Support - Inbound) for our own company.
Job Location - Janakpuri Location (Desu Colony), New Delhi
- Responsible for answering calls politely and professionally from international clients.
- Responsible for providing technical support assistance to UK customer.
- Responsible for troubleshooting the issues related to desktop, laptops, printers, emails, phones and all kind of relevant devices and Pop up.
- Up selling profile.
Required Skills:-
1. Experienced Candidates.
2. Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills.
3. Graduate / Undergraduate.
4. Sound knowledge of Computers.
5. Comfortable with UK and US Shift.
