Webvio Technologies - Associate - International Sales (1-2 yrs)

Location : Kolkata (On-site)
Salary -18k to 30k +Lucrative incentives
Timings - Night shift (10 PM-8 AM)
Responsibilities :
1. Handling Calls :
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues as needed.
2. Solving Queries :
- Assist customers with their questions or problems related to products or services.
- Use problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Booking Tickets :
- Manage and process ticket bookings for customers.
- Ensure all booking details are accurate and confirm reservations with customers.
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication skills with professional English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent must.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Sales is preferred.
