Duties & Responsibilities :
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- Grows & expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, YouTube, TikToks
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance
- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
- Manage & drive online marketing campaign from end-to-end
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Undertake ad hoc projects/duties from time to time
Requirements :
- Fluency in social media : Hands-on skills and knowledge of multiple social media platforms and awareness of current trends
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Video editing or web designing skills will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Knowledge in Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.
- Highly creative, technically-inclined and unafraid to propose breakthrough ideas and follow through.
- Ability to work with deadlines and multiple on-going projects.
