WebSpero - Director - Search Engine Optimization (5-12 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Proactively drive client servicing and relations.
- Own your book of clients and identify areas for on-site improvements in site structure, internal linking, and content to increase the visibility of client sites
- Be the customer's voice in the SEO team.
- Critically examine execution of Projects & troubleshoot problems on the go.
- Lead client review meetings & ensure customer delight.
- Map customer expectations at high level & evolve SEO practices to ensure customer delight.
- Ensure client retention.
- Ensure timely execution of projects.
- Keep communication channels open between client, team members and Business Development team.
- Help the Business development team in sales by going on calls and understanding the customer's needs and creating a project plan.
- Own client status calls and communication regarding SEO and effectively communicate ongoing efforts to client
Technical Requirements :
- A minimum of 5 years of Client & Team Management experience in the Digital Marketing arena.
- Sound experience of managing multiple projects in the agency/client relationship model.
- Strong data analytics skills to find actionable insights from the data
- Strong understanding of Internet Marketing principles.
- Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have very strong SEO experience and a strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Someone who can define clear experiments and is good at documentation.
- Expert in Google analytics and Google Search Console and very good with excel and Google sheets.
- Knowledge of screaming frog, ahrefs, SEMRUSH.
- Is very research oriented and have laser focus to get the results
