WEbRx - Executive - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
Desired Candidates Role :
Sales Specialization in BBA or MBA would be preferred
Excellent Communication is required.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Responsible for working alongside superiors and team and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties.
- Handle established accounts to gain familiarity and work with new and potential clients.
- Develop and set yearly/monthly targets and develop an activity plan to achieve the target.
- Familiarise with different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer services, purchasing, vendor management, and personnel departments.
- Identify trends and recommend proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
- Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive activities and products.
- Submit a monthly work plan in advance and submit a daily report on work progress in a prescribed format. Also, maintain a record of all the activities and initiatives taken.
- Undergo periodic evaluations to monitor progress, identify challenges, and work on growth areas.
- Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
- Handles correspondence written and handed by supervisor or email and records accordingly.
- Assists the Sales & Marketing Director in handling queries and developing sales proposals with final approval from the Sales & Marketing Director.
- Assists in market research on competition, projects, and promotions and reports to the line manager.
- Maintain the List database of all the clients and also updated the data from time to time.
- Help to manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities.
- Generate sales leads and convert leads to business
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products and services.
- Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results.
