Roles and responsibilities :
- 0+ years of experience in IT Sales along with analyst-driven research on services to the technology community with a focus on solution selling and big-ticket size deals.
- Generating business through online freelancing platform Upwork, Guru, Peropleperhour, Fiver etc.
- Business Development preferably in IT services company in outsourcing business
- Generate business across the globe through lead generation, cold calling, emails & database building
- Responsible for Market Research and Data Mining, building Database, skilled in secondary research via internet
- Experience in B2B/B2C client will be added advantage
- Ability to create and operate sales driven campaigns across all the technologies of the organization.
- Generating leads from social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills :
- Sound knowledge of the IT services and experience of having worked in the IT Software International Market
- Write convincing proposals with various options. Train and guide the sales team to write project winning proposals, track improvements of the sales team.
- Good proposal writing skills and presentation skills for freelancing platforms.
- Must have strong negotiation, customer interaction & customer service skills, must have excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Responsible for making strategies for revenue generation
- Manage online and offline portfolios and keep portfolios easy to share format.
- Experience in managing and growing sales within large, multinational organizations, as well as mid-sized tech vendors.
