Description :

- The position holder is expected to perform outbound tele calling to prospective customers and ensure to create some leads. The telecaller will be required to obtain lists of individual's information and to source data for additional requirements.

Key Responsibilities : 

- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.

- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.

- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.

- Answering customers' questions on the services offered

- Maintaining daily/weekly leads quota

Minimum Qualifications :

- Excellent communication skills.

- Creative thinking skills.

- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.

- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.

- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Remunerations Offered :

- The salary package ranges from 15k - 35k in hand based on an individual's communication skills and experience. The candidate will also have the opportunity to make good incentives on top of the basic salary offered.

Shift Timings : As currently we are catering to the UK Market, the shift timings would be from 2pm to 10:30 pm.
