We are looking for a Key Account Strategists

Key Responsibilities

- Providing strategic direction to creative team

- Linking digital strategies to client's overall brand & business goals

- Developing innovative & efficient marketing programs Developing strategic content plans with content writers

- Delivering on time client requirements including budgets, timelines and objectives Measuring & reporting to clients at periodic intervals

- Communicating courteously with clients by telephone, email, letter and face to face Investigating and solving client problems

- Handling client complaints or any major incidents Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of client service our organization is providing Improve client service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes Establishing and communicating service metrics, monitoring and analyzing results

- Implementing changes Measuring & reporting to clients at periodic intervals Reviewing posts and images before they go online Developing feedback or complaints procedures for clients to use;

- Developing client service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to client service

Skills Required

- Great communication, presentation skills and client servicing skills

- Experience in dealing with digital media publishers

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Pro active and a self starter

- Strategic thinker with hand on experience
