Webkul - IT Content Writer (0-2 yrs)
1. Research and understand our target audience, industry trends, and competitor activities to create content that resonates with our readers.
2. Produce clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to various stages of the buyer's journey, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and more.
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and other team members to gather information and insights for content creation.
4. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic to our website.
5. Develop and execute content strategies to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
6. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
7. Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future content strategies.
8. Contribute to content planning and editorial calendars to ensure a consistent and cohesive content experience for our audience.
9. Maintain brand voice and style guidelines across all content channels to ensure consistency and alignment with our brand values.
10. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and content ideation to generate fresh ideas and innovative approaches.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a technical writer, content creator, or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce products and solutions.
3. Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and simplify complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
4. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with the ability to optimize content for search engines and drive organic traffic.
5. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
6. Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies, including content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
8. Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality content that adds value to the reader.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
10. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) and familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred but not required.
