WebEngage - Sales Specialist (2-4 yrs)

Roles and responsibilities :
- Own and deliver sales quotas for the Startup business vertical.
- Negotiate and close opportunities which are passed on to you.
- Farm and grow the revenue from set of existing accounts
- Keep the CRM and sales reports upto date.
- Take calls with prospects to understand their requirements and explain to them about WebEngage's offerings.
- Build and nurture relationships with startups and their founders
.- Reach out to new prospects over Linkedin or Email.
Ideal candidate :
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Inside sales, Business development, SDR orBDR roles. Prior experience in B2B sales is a must.
- Has owned and achieved targets or quotas consistently in the previous role.
- Has excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Has good negotiation skills
- Has good networking and interpersonal skills, can build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Is organized and self-starter and can get work done.
- Is passionate about startups and startup ecosystem (will be a plus).
- Should have a graduate degree. MBA would be a plus.
