Key Responsibilities :

- This role will be based out of Mumbai

- You will be managing event strategy and operations for WebEngage, globally.

- You are likely to build processes around event marketing, including identifying KPIs, scaling the event operations team, and managing the performance of the event strategy

- Develop and run WebEngage's event marketing strategy, including in-house event/webinar production, co-marketing events/webinars, and third-party sponsorships.

- Measure event marketing performance and maintain updated reporting cadence with key stakeholders.

- Help streamline processes of data collection in events and utilize to build a lead funnel with the performance marketing team

- Manage operations for event marketing (production, communications, audience management, etc.)

- Identify and list events that are well-matched to WebEngage's brand persona for maximum impact.

- Work in close quarters with the sales and success teams to build partnership opportunities with clients & prospects.

- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to craft homegrown events that focus on WebEngage's current positioning and top use-cases with an industry focus.

- Identify top speakers and panelists from around the world and build a repository for future event requirements.

- Work with multiple contractors to seamlessly plan and execute globally and negotiate commercial contracts with an eye on key ROI metrics.

- Manage event marketing budget effectively to maximize mindshare and lead-funnel

The Ideal Candidate :

Education : Any Graduate

Experience :

- Minimum 3-6 years of event marketing experience in B2B SaaS

- Experience with working across multiple teams and stakeholders to execute live + virtual events

Skills & Competencies :

- Proficiency in managing event software(s) [Airmeet, Hubilo, etc.]

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Exceptional planning and organizational ability

- Detail-oriented problem-solver who loves a challenge
