Job description :

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and outreach efforts.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and match them with our services.

- Prepare and present proposals and quotations to potential clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement in our sales process.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM.

Required Candidate profile :

- Proven sales experience, particularly in the writing or education industry.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
