What is expected from this role ?
- Should own the website user interface and user experience for marketing.
- Responsible for conversion rate optimization (CRO) of leads with strong Need and Authority
- Collect and Nurture Leads on Website from all inbound/outbound marketing channels.
- Increase Leads to MQL conversion through CRO, Landing Page Optimization
What are the required skills ?
- Mandatory 3+ years of marketing led web development and website management experience.
- Preferred Experience with Staffing Industry, HR/HRMS Product/Services
- Adhere to, and continuously refine the process to improve acquisition and conversion rates.
- Loves to interact with people and help businesses with Innovative solutions.
- An enthusiastic go-getter who is self-motivated, flexible, and good at multitasking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
What tools should he/she have worked on ?
- WordPress, WordPress Plugins, WAMP/LAPM Servers Setup and Maintenance, Heatmap Analysis Tools
