Job Summary :

We are looking for proactive and dynamic Telecalling Executives to contribute to our sales and marketing efforts. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our training programs, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our training programs and services.

2. Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.

3. Explain the features and benefits of our training programs to potential clients.

4. Provide accurate information about our offerings, pricing, and enrollment procedures.

5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions with clients.

6. Follow up with leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and close sales.

7. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

8. Update CRM system with client information, call logs, and sales activities.

9. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

11. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service role.

- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (both verbal and written).

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

- Prior experience in the finance or education sector is an advantage.
