WealthVidya - Associate - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can communicate in English who has preferably worked in the EdTech industry and has good interpersonal skills. The candidate will help us to answer customer queries and build a great rapport with our clients.
You will work and learn directly under the Founding Team. We seek candidates who are willing to grow with the Company and feel part of the Organization, to drive the change in the Education sector in India. You will work and learn with following responsibilities:
- Maintain a Customer Relationship Management database and update the same with potential clients, as generated internally and through other recommended sources.
- Make cold calls to school Principals/Co-ordinators, College Teachers, Parents and students to explain to them our offering and resolve their queries.
- Arrange and organize demo sessions for potential customers.
- Having organized follow ups with potential clients to convert them into paid customers.
- Answer customer queries, as per the feedback mechanism of the company
- Email communication to be conducted on a regular basis, with our B2B clients, for regular follow-ups and calls.
- Assist the company to source teachers, take their demos and make relevant databases.
- Represent the Company in College Fests, Conferences and Events and perform necessary allied activities related to the offline marketing.
- Visit a School or Corporate Office, if required, and present our Company's offerings.
- Maintain and manage vendors and trainers on board for the purpose of Financial Education relevant for our clients and investors.
