Total employee headcount - 400 employees (Pan India)
25,000 clients on board at the moment and the company intends to increase their client base to 1 Lakh in 2.5 years from now and is looking at someone who would be able to grow at that speed.
Job Description : Sales Wealth Counselor - Private Wealth (Online Sales)
Title : Sales Wealth Counselor - Private Wealth (Online Sales)
Reports to : Vice President - Sales
Summary :
Sales Wealth Counselor / Sr. Sales Wealth Counselor is responsible to interact with potential customers for most part of his/her day for selling company's product/offerings. Good communication skills are a must. He/she must be able to plan the number of fresh/follow-up calls he/she has to do in order to meet targets. The job also requires good selling and persuading skills and a thorough understanding of the company's offerings.
Broader Role / Responsibilities :
- Customer Acquisition Minimum of Rs10 Lakhs and above investable surplus
- Manage Private Wealth, Portfolio Advisory and AIF fund related queries
- Ensure delivery of various MIS reports as per requirements
- To develop short term and long-term sales strategies for the Private Wealth business in line with the overall strategic goals of the organization
- To establish standardized and efficient sales processes to ensure quality control and efficient customer service delivery
- Achieve a balance of revenue streams through sale of Advisory, Portfolio Management Service & AIF which will build a steady annuity flow
- To drive strong client servicing and client engagement parameters, to enhance market credibility and deliver superior value proposition
- Continuous learning, to be better equipped than our competitors
- To closely observe, evaluate and monitor the client positions, portfolio allocations and ensure that they fall within risk and advisory parameters as laid down by Risk, Compliance and Research Teams
- To ensure adherence to internal and external Financial advisory guidelines and Risk Policies and ensure standards are in place to minimize mis-selling instances
- To continuously scan the competition/market and report on emerging trends or any new development or business opportunities for Wealth Management (WM)
- Revenue Generation
- Build Asset Under Advisory (AUA)

Functional Competencies :
- Macro Market & Economy Understanding

- Valid Mandatory Certificates as per regulatory requirement/s
Requirements :
- MBA/PGDBM /CFA
- At least 6 months-4 Years working within a sales environment preferably in a BFSI / Finance sector.
- Fluency in English, Hindi & any one regional language
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written & Excellent telephone skills
- High degree of accuracy
- NISM certification preferred (Valid Mandatory Certificates as per regulatory requirement/s)
