Job Title: Investment Partner Channel Alliance

Mode of work: Work from office (slightly flexible)

Travel: Once in a while local travel for client meeting is required

Location: Santa Cruz East, Mumbai

Purpose of the job:

The primary purpose of the Investment Partner Channel Alliance role is to drive the expansion and growth of Andromeda wealth's products through strategic partnerships with distribution channels. This position is crucial for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with potential distribution partners to extend the reach of our offerings. By collaborating with internal teams and leveraging market insights, the Investment Partner Channel Alliance professional ensures that our wealth products meet the evolving needs of our partners and clients. The role is essential for enhancing our market presence, achieving business objectives, and maintaining a competitive edge in the wealth management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new distribution partners to expand the reach of our wealth products.

- Develop strategies to engage and establish partnerships with potential distribution channels.

- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor wealth products to meet the needs of distribution partners.

- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Provide training and support to distribution partners on wealth products and services.

- Implement channel development initiatives to drive growth in the partner network and product distribution.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for effective partner engagement.

Key Skills:

- Strong relationship-building skills to establish and maintain partnerships with distribution channels.

- Experience in developing and managing channel partner relationships to drive business growth.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with potential partners.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities for partnership expansion.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to align wealth products with partner needs.

- Proven track record in channel development and partner management.

- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities.

- NISI V-V certification.

- Additional qualifications in Channel Development or Partner Management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum [X] years of experience in channel development, partner management, or a

related role within the wealth management or financial services industry.

- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through effective partner engagement and channel development.

- Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify potential partners and opportunities.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
