We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wealth Manager to join our team. As a Senior Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for managing the wealth portfolios of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs). You will play a pivotal role in generating leads, nurturing talent within the team, and optimizing revenues while delivering superior service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the Profit & Loss (PL) of the region and strategically building market share

- Recruiting, nurturing talent, and providing necessary handholding to team members.

- Reviewing team performance regularly to optimize revenues and enhance productivity.

- Addressing the investment requirements of HNI and UHNI clients through an exclusive product bouquet and superior service delivery.

- Assisting clients in achieving their short-term and long-term investment goals through proper profiling and offering various investment products.

- Developing and implementing marketing plans to acquire new customers in the corporate space and devising acquisition initiatives.

- Acquisition and management of a group of HNI (High Net Worth Exclusive) UHNI clients and NRI clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in wealth management, portfolio management, and handling HNI clients.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and mentor team members.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of financial markets and investment products.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging targets.

- Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are preferred.
