We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated - Relationship Manager (Wealth)- to join our growing team at - Nuvama Wealth-


- . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of - HNIs and Ultra HNIs- by offering a range of financial and investment products.


- The role requires an individual with a strong financial acumen, a deep understanding of investment products, and the ability to leverage an extensive personal and professional network to drive business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Client Acquisition & Management : Identify, acquire, and manage a portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra HNIs, offering personalized wealth management solutions.

- Client Relationship Building : Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment advice and solutions.

- Investment Advisory : Offer a broad range of wealth management products, including but not limited to mutual funds, bonds, structured products, insurance, PMS, and alternative investments.

- Network Utilization : Leverage your existing network of potential HNI and Ultra HNI clients to build and grow the client base.

- Sales and Revenue Growth : Drive the achievement of sales and revenue targets through effective portfolio management, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.

- Product Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of financial markets and a thorough knowledge of investment products and market trends.

- Proactive Client Servicing : Monitor client portfolios and proactively communicate relevant financial strategies, opportunities, and updates.

- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all investment strategies and recommendations comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.


Key Requirements :

- Exprience: 4+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a similar client-facing role. Candidate must be working for atleast 2 years in the current Organization.

- Network : Must have a strong, active network of HNIs and Ultra HNIs that can be leveraged for client acquisition.

- Investment Expertise : Excellent knowledge of a wide array of investment products such as equities, mutual funds, bonds, PMS, structured products, and alternatives.

- Client Management : Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with - HNIs and Ultra HNIs- .

- Self-Driven : A high degree of - self-motivation- and - self-drive- to independently manage portfolios and generate business.

- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients.

- Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance, and risk management practices.
