Job description :
- We are urgently hiring for one of the biggest arranger and provider of finance to business. It is a NBFC and an Alternative Investment Funds company.
Position : Investor Relationship Manager
Experience : 5-11 years
Qualification- MBA Finance/Equivalent Degrees
Requirement :
- Candidates who have handled Portfolio of above 10Crores
- Existing Networks & Database of HNIs/ UHNIs clients
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Raising funds in the form of Non- convertible Debentures & Optionally Convertible Prefernce shares, Equity capital for NBFC & AIF division
- Engage with Investors on Regular Intervals
- Provide internal stakeholders with up- to - date information & research that aids decision-making
- Explore investor expansion opportunities, in both India & overseas
- Support all communications with the investment community regarding the company's business model, operating results, & business strategy.
- Advice on & support all aspects of investor marketing, including maintaining
