Wealth Manager - Field Sales (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and affluent clients through personal networks, referrals, and partnerships.

- Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to meet client needs.

- Ensure exceptional client servicing, thereby maintaining long-term relationships and client satisfaction.

- Identify and acquire channel partners, including financial intermediaries, advisors, and other strategic alliances.

- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent client referrals and business growth.

Lead, train, and manage a team of 3-5 Relationship Managers (RMs).

- Set and monitor performance goals, ensuring the team achieves sales and servicing targets.

- Provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team effectiveness.

- Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.

- Stay updated on market trends and offer innovative investment solutions to clients.

- Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory guidelines, and company policies in all transactions.

Qualification /Education /

MBA (Finance/related field), CFA, or CA certification.

Advanced Qualification /Certification /Specialist Training

NISM Certifications (Investment advisor Level I & II), Series VII, CFP, CWM, FRM,CIMA preferred

Minimum Experience

- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in wealth management,financial advisory, or a similar role.

2. Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering on financial goals.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team effectively.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

7. Proficiency in financial planning tools and CRM systems.
