Qualifications:- MBA/PGDM in Finance

Professional Certifications:- CFP, NISM, IRDA

Experience:- 12 - 15 years in Financial Industry, preferably in Broking/Capital Markets

- Role Summary:- Dynamic professional experienced in Business Development, Portfolio Management & Client Relationship Management. Responsible for driving teams to exceed sales targets, maintaining profitability, and managing client relationships.

- Responsibilities:-

- Handling and motivating a team of Relationship Managers/Sr. Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets.

- Maintaining profitability targets and identifying revenue growth streams.

- Building and managing a client base in direct equity, focusing on Private Wealth/HNI/Corporate clients.

- Monitoring client portfolios and providing sustained advisory services.

- Establishing systems/procedures to contribute to growth and profitability.

- Ensuring compliance standards in Financial Planning, Asset Allocation, and Product Sales.

- Recruiting, training, and managing team members, minimizing attrition.

- Achieving acquisition, activation, and cross-sell targets.

- Conducting performance reviews for effective monitoring and measuring of results.

- Requirement:- Experience in Financial Industry, preferably in Broking/Capital Markets, with team handling experience.

- Behavioral Competencies:- Ability to inspire trust, extroverted personality, thorough understanding of financial markets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, assertive, result-oriented.

- Technical Competencies:- Good analytical skills, expertise in building and managing teams, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint skills.
