Wealth Counselor - Sales - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
Purpose of job:
This role would be responsible to interact with potential customers for most part of his/her day for selling company's product/offerings. He/she must be able to plan the number of fresh/follow - up calls he/she has to do in order to meet targets. The job also requires good selling and persuading skills and also a thorough understanding of the company's offerings.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities and interact with potential customers with the emphasis on high quality leads.
- Proactively follow up leads assigned by Sales Head.
- Work closely with the Sales Head to achieve sales objectives.
- Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing
- Best Practice Ideas.
Person Specification :
Knowledge, Skills, Experience :
- Preferably a Graduate
- At least 1 - 2 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role.
- Excellent telephone skills
- High degree of accuracy
Skills with People :
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organization
