Wealth Counselor - Sales - Bank (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Client Reactivation : Reach out to expired clients to renew their subscriptions and introduce relevant products aligned with their investment goals.
- Opportunity Identification : Probe, identify, and create opportunities by engaging with existing customers and emphasizing our product offerings.
- Relationship Building : Proactively follow up with clients, build relationships, and reactivate expired leads to re-establish connections.
- Daily Outreach : Make a minimum of 100 to 120 calls per day, ensuring productive and meaningful interactions.
- Conversion Rate : Maintain and exceed the expected conversion rate by reactivating expired subscribers.
- Productivity Goals : Consistently meet daily productivity and conversion goals as per business requirements (KPI).
Requirements :
Education : Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience:
- 1.5 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within a proactive telemarketing role.
- Experience in the equity, BFSI, or finance sector is an added advantage.
- Background in hardcore sales, collections, finance sales, product cross-sell/up-sell from telemarketing/tele-calling in BPO will be considered.
Skills :
- Excellent communication skills with strong telephonic etiquette (written and verbal).
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
- Passionate, aggressive, result-oriented, and punctual.
- Takes ownership of client retention and is innovative in overcoming challenges.
- Proactive in taking up additional responsibilities.
- Flexible and ready to extend shift hours as per business requirements.
Working Conditions :
- Working Days : 5 days a week (4th and 5th Saturday off, subject to company policy).
- Shift Timing : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
- Location : Mumbai, Office-based.
- CTC : Up to 4.5 LPA + Incentives.
- Notice Period : Immediate joiners preferred.
