Wealth Counselor - Sales (1-4 yrs)

Role : Sales Wealth Counselor (Pullback)

Qualification : Graduate

Location : Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience : Minimum 1.5 yrs to a Maximum of 4years in Sales(Inside Sales)

Working Days : 6 Days working (wherein 4th & 5th Saturday is going to be off, Subject to companies' policy)

Shift Timing : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Interview Round : (Walk in -office Interview)

CTC : Up to 3-4 LPA + Incentives

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners

Requirements :

- Graduate (Mandatory)

- At least 2-3 years working in Hardcore Sales profile, Collections Background, Finance Sales, Product cross-sell/up-sell experience from Telemarketing/Tele-calling in BPO Will be considered

- Sales Experience in the Equity/BFSI/Finance sector will be an added advantage

- At least 2-3 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role.

- Excellent Communication Skills with Telephonic Etiquette (Written & Verbal)

- Fluency in English & Hindi is must

- Passionate personality, Aggressive in nature, Result Oriented, & Punctual in all aspects

- Takes complete ownership of retaining every existing client and is innovative to excel the odds

- Be proactive in taking up additional responsibilities

- Is flexible and ready to extend shift hours in need of business requirements and deliverables

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Reactivate expired clients by renewing their subscription through our products offerings in line with their investment goals.

- Probe, Identify and Create opportunities by interacting with existing customers with the emphasis on our product offerings and highlight the importance of wealth creation in the long term.

- Proactively follow-up, build client relationship and Reactivate expired leads who have lost association with R&R.

- Reach maximum clients each day and rebuild healthy business relationship with them to rebuild confidence and ensure continuity.

- Making minimum 100 to 120 calls per day and deliver Talk-Talk time as per business productivity benchmark and standards.

- Consistently maintain the Conversion Rate % at the expected standards by Reactivating the expired subscribers.

- Deliver Daily productivity and Conversion goal as per the business requirements (KPI).
