Wealth Clinic - Business Development Role (0-12 yrs)

Experience: 0-10 Years (Preferred in Real Estate Sales)

Salary: 2 LPA to 15 LPA per annum (Based on Interview Performance) Plus Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities:

- New Client Acquisition - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.

- Conduct sales calls, cold calling, and lead conversion to drive business growth.

- Fix meetings with potential clients and guide them through the sales process.

- Aggressively achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

- Maintain and update sales activities in the company's CRM system to track progress.

- Ensure continuous follow-ups with clients to build and retain strong relationships.

- Generate revenue using references from existing clients and upcoming projects.

- Provide real estate advisory services for buying, selling, and renting properties for both individuals and corporates.

- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers to close deals effectively.

- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize sales efforts and ensure smooth client interactions.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently to maximize satisfaction and maintain a high service standard.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's/MBA in Sales & Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

- Prior experience in managing client relationships and driving sales growth.

- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.

- Must be presentable and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

- A quick learner with the ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.

Additional Requirements:

- Bike or 4-wheeler for client meetings and site visits.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced sale-driven environment.
