Salary Range: Up to 20 LPA

Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Sales to drive revenue growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and manage strategic client relationships in the real estate sector.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in luxury, residential, or commercial real estate sales, business development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in residential, commercial, or luxury real estate.

- Build and expand relationships with HNIs, investors, channel partners, and corporate clients.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.

- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team effectiveness.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Drive client engagement, understand their requirements, and offer tailored property solutions.

- Negotiate deals and close high-value real estate transactions.

- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to enhance customer experience.

Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies.

- Provide insights to senior management for strategic planning.

- Develop pricing strategies based on market conditions and demand analysis.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

- Oversee end-to-end sales operations, including lead generation and conversion.

- Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline for better efficiency.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Key Requirements:

- Qualification: MBA/BBA/Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: 7-15 years in real estate sales (residential, commercial, or luxury segments).

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong network of HNIs, investors, and channel partners.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

- Knowledge of real estate regulations (RERA), CRM tools, and sales analytics.
