Wealth Advisor - Sales - Loan (0-1 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesperson to join our team in Wealth products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, fostering client relationships, and expanding our market presence in this sector.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Management:
- Identify and onboard new clients through lead generation and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Promote and sell wealth products, including Mutual funds, Insurance (Life Insurance, General Insurance, Loan (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan), Bond, AIF and PMS.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of wealth management products and services offered by the company.
- Stay updated on market trends and product changes to provide accurate information to clients.
Consultative Selling:
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment options based on their financial goals.
- Provide after-sales service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements during sales processes.
Market Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new sales opportunities and market developments.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market dynamics and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BMS or related field preferred.
- Fresher or 01 year of sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and maintain long-term client relationships.
