Job Description :
- As a Sales Manager at Weaddo, you will play a pivotal role in driving our MarTech solutions. Leveraging your extensive experience of over 5 years in this domain, you will collaborate closely with the business development team to identify, prospect, and secure key accounts, contributing significantly to revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
Industry Expertise : Possess and apply a deep understanding of the SaaS and enterprise landscape, identifying market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs.
Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with the business development team to strategize and implement effective sales plans, targeting specific industries, verticals, and client segments.
Client Engagement : Engage with key decision-makers, C-suite executives, and stakeholders within potential client organizations to comprehend their challenges, propose tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our martech offerings.
Sales Pipeline Management : Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, managing leads, and continuously advancing prospects through the sales cycle to achieve revenue targets.
Customized Solutions : Work closely with the technical and product teams to customize solutions based on client requirements, ensuring alignment between customer needs and our martech capabilities.
Negotiation and Closure : Lead negotiations, address objections, and drive deals to closure, ensuring optimal terms for both the client and the company.
Post-Sale Relationship : Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, understanding evolving needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
Requirements :
Experience : Minimum of 5 years in sales within the SaaS and enterprise industry, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and establishing strong client relationships.
Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of martech solutions, industry trends, and challenges within the SaaS and enterprise sector.
Sales Acumen : Proficient in consultative selling, with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Team Collaboration : Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business development, product, and technical teams.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of understanding complex client needs and translating them into effective solutions.
Result-Oriented : Driven by targets, with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Adaptability : Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, able to adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in handling solutions and enterprise products.
- Strong understanding of the MarTech industry and its products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using sales and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
