Weaddo - Manager - Customer Success (3-8 yrs)
Job Summary :
At Brndaddo, we are building world class team of Customer Success Champions who help Enterprise customers to drive Marketing Performance through the Creative Digital Assets. It is an exciting role for somebody, who is passionate about Martech space & looking to solve real Business Problems through next generation AI Driven Technologies. As a client servicing representative-key person will be responsible to work for varied industry clients and handle the entire client's account by understanding the requirement along with managing the company's IT product and its operational execution., It also includes collaborating with the relevant departments to better address the services by providing regular updates to the stakeholders and upselling company's product's services wherever possible.
Key responsibilities & duties :
- As primary liaison is responsible for escalation, effective oversight of client account by Strategizing and, execution of account plan activities.
- Create a positive onboarding strategy for new clients.
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of delivery (Operations/ Technology) of product services to ensure client satisfaction.
- Cultivating solid relationship with the clients and overall management of client retention activities,
- Regularly keep in touch with clients to understand and fulfil all the business requirements.
- Provides support in research and address grievances and queries from users to facilitate smooth running of operations.
- Understands the client brief and articulate into meaningful delivery while aligning with the agency goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to better address client's requirements and provide regular updates through weekly and monthly reporting.
- Ensuring seamless post-implementation support to client for already implemented features as well as new requirements.
- Highlight usage (or lack of usage) of the product to client SPOC.
- Managing the Resource allocation, billing and invoices to fulfill brand requirements.
- Able to identify new business opportunities for the clients and Upsell company's products wherever possible.
- Use client network and market intelligence including competition information to identify and set priorities for competitive offerings and solutions.
- Contributing towards the improvement of product implementation processes.
- Develop or upgrade product documentation and services manual.
Job Requirements
- Must have experience in handling IT Products.
- Knowledge of IT products, processes, and systems
- Possesses Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to communicate effectively with the stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Must have flair and an innovative approach to business solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
- Experience with Digital Marketing will be an add-on advantage.
