WeAddo - Manager - Business Development (3-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- WeAddo is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Martech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role is crucial in expanding WeAddo's market presence and ensuring that our innovative Martech solutions are successfully introduced to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Identify and target potential clients within the Martech industry. Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new clients and grow the client base.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand their unique needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet them.
- Sales and Revenue Growth : Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting WeAddo's Martech products and services. Create and manage sales funnels, track leads, and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Product Knowledge : Gain a deep understanding of WeAddo's Martech products and services, and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to clients.
- Proposal and Contract Negotiation : Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with - potential clients. Ensure that all terms and conditions align with company policies and objectives.
- Reporting and Analytics : Generate regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. Use data-driven insights to improve sales strategies and results.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to coordinate marketing efforts, product launches, and promotional activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development within the Martech industry, SAAS, and enterprise solutions.
- A strong network and existing relationships within the Martech sector are highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A solid understanding of Martech solutions, digital marketing, and industry trends.
