Job Description:
As a B2B Marketing Manager at Stigen MarTech, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns that target businesses and industry professionals. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing the products and services of the company across different platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Stigen MarTech's products and services to B2B clients. This includes identifying target markets, developing messaging, and selecting appropriate marketing channels.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising, to reach and engage B2B audiences.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more, to showcase the value and benefits of our products and services.
Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies and initiatives to build a strong pipeline of B2B leads for the sales team.
Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with the creative team to create marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials to support B2B sales efforts.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient campaigns and maximizing ROI.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and ensure Stigen MarTech's offerings remain competitive.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide them with the necessary tools and support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of marketing products and services across various platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of marketing technology and MarTech industry trends is a plus.
