Weaddo - Account Manager - Client Services (4-8 yrs)
- Responsible for meeting client's business KPI's and development of strategic planning associated with assigned account.
- Establish and grow a strong relationship with client stakeholders through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of the application to business challenges.
- Prioritize and manage clients'- expectations- by auditing client's digital asset and analysing- its- market competitors.
- Effectively manage projects to deliver- it- on- the parameters of- Cost, Quality, and Timing- as per- targets- and- Planning.
- Plan and implement 360-degree digital marketing strategy from its initial to final delivery stage.
- Oversees & lead the Client Servicing team by devising the strategy, developing client relationships, thereby contributing to overall brand management, and achieving excellence in its expectation.
- Use data to provide a sharp marketing perspective and add strategic value at every step of the creative process, on both new and existing clients.
- Implement- digital- Marketing best practices that result in client acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Analyse and implement suggestion for the overall future market growth for the client by reporting the performance driven in the past.
- Strategize and analyse effectiveness of digital- technologies, including running campaigns, social media handle- and support the efforts to qualify, assess and focus new business and new project opportunities.
- Partner and collaborate with all- department peers- and working teams inside designated group to create smart, innovative digital marketing programs and creative work that delivers results.
Job Requirements :
- Must have rich experience in handling multiple client account simultaneously from Digital Agency background.
- Background in digital project management working on social media campaigns, and Google campaigns from initial briefing to delivery.
- Proven ability in formulating digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrable knowledge of current digital marketing tools.
- Able to understand Client's business and needs.
- Self-starter with an ability to define processes and manage deadlines.
- Hawk eyes with strong attention to details.
- Able to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Experienced in creating MIS reports on weekly and monthly basis to present the overall business performance of the client.
- Must have experience in working with Advanced MS Excel and Gantt charts.
