WayCool - Regional Head - Sales (12-20 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Build a customer portfolio in the region - millers, bulk processors, large national and international organizations in the categories of pulses, spices, oil seeds & other related categories
2. Expand and strengthen existing portfolio of sourcing from farmer groups / farmer producer organizations, aggregators and build effective long-term win-win relationships with them
3. Lead a distributed team, and co-ordinate closely with other team members to help close both buy transactions to customers in the region and sell transactions for products grown in the region
4. This is a P/L responsibility, with independent revenue, profit and working capital management goals
5. Understand production and demand dynamics and take carefully studied positions on storage
6. Assist in building a technology platform, benefiting many suppliers and customers, to close trades with greater transparency, speed and certainty
7. Travel to different locations to understand nuances of each crop's value chain and build offerings accordingly
8. Manage disruptions by working on alternatives to ensure service levels are met
