We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth in our loan products portfolio. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial products, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the lending industry, be adept at building and nurturing client relationships, and possess a strong drive to succeed in a competitive market.

- Responsibilities:-

1. - Sales Generation : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive loan sales growth.

2. - Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and personalized guidance throughout the loan application process.

3. - Product Knowledge : Develop a comprehensive understanding of our loan products and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and terms to clients.

4. - Sales Strategies : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

5. - Market Research : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.

6. - Lead Generation :-Utilize various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing, to generate leads and expand the customer base.

7. - Application Processing : Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.

8. - Compliance : Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies related to lending practices, data protection, and customer confidentiality.

9. - Performance Reporting : Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics for management review.

10. - Team Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, credit risk, and operations, to ensure seamless processing of loan applications and deliver an excellent customer experience.

- Qualifications :

1. Minimum 12th passed with good communication skills.

2. Basic English.

3. Basic Computer knowledge require
