Job Brief :
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to provide excellent customer service. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectation.
In this role, you should be highly responsible for maintaining high customer retention, customer satisfaction and monitoring customer complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high levels of clear and concise communication with clients and operation team
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Identifying customer/client needs and crafts solutions
- Setting customer service goals for business and helping them reach those goals
- Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintaining relationships with profitable customers
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products
- Develop, prepare and nurture customers for account growth
- Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities
- Use WattMonk internal platform for order flow management
- Access customer CRM for upselling of WattMonk services
- Manage multi stakeholder environment (Internal and External) - liaison
- Open for night shifts ( basis global customers time zone)
Skills :
- Showcase exemplary written and verbal communication skills to work along with global customers
- Should be a graduate
- Advanced customer service skills
- Has an exceptional ability to foster positive business relationships
- Ability to shift focus when needed
