Role: Key Account Manager

Position: Full-Time

Location: Gurgaon (Night Shift)

Looking for someone who has experience working with US clients. (Male Candidates Preferred)

- We are a tech company for solar companies to engage with their customers more efficiently and cost-effectively. Wattmonk is on a mission to reduce customer engagement costs for solar companies. Top solar companies in the US already use Wattmonk as their virtual partners for solar design.

- Wattmonk's service is available in all 50 states of the US.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain high levels of clear and concise communication with clients and operation team - Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth - Identifying customer/client needs and crafts solutions

- Setting customer service goals for business and helping them reach those goals - Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner - Maintaining relationships with profitable customers

- Demonstrates a deep understanding of customers ' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products

- Develop, prepare and nurture customers for account growth

- Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities

- Use WattMonk internal platform for order flow management

- Access customer CRM for upselling of WattMonk services

- Manage multi stakeholder environment (Internal and External) - liaison - Open for night shifts (basis global customers time zone).

Skills:

- Showcase exemplary written and verbal communication skills to work along with global customers

- Should be a graduate

- Advanced customer service skills

- Has an exceptional ability to foster positive business relationships

- Ability to shift focus when needed
