WattMonk - Associate - Social Media Marketing (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for a digital marketing associate who will be responsible for implementing strategies, managing day to day coordination with the agency, and ensuring that marketing goals aligned to our growth targets are being met
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive products awareness and engagement through digital channels
- Create overall content strategy (blogs + video) and implement monthly plans that achieve targeted reach and engagement across social media platforms, paid ads, email, etc
- Implement inbound and outbound campaigns incorporating email marketing, SEO / SEM, social, web displays, Live/digital events
- Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Monitor trends in applications, social media tools, channels, design and strategy
Skills:
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of digital marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in the field
- Familiar with workings and best practices for email/social media/seo+sem/paid ads
- Experience with developing quality content
- Experience with managing agency partners, writing briefs, reviewing progress on deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met
- Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other teammates when necessary
- Works well with internal and external partners
- Excellent communicator
- Creative problem solver
Qualification:
- Graduate or above
