Responsibility :
- 2-5 years of relevant sales experience in Solar Industry
- Develop a plan to increase Wattkraft's customer base in Rajasthan market
- Achieve agreed-upon targets
- Screen, recognize and capture prospect data for the Solar Module & Solar Inverter sales, targeting owners or managers of EPCs & Developers
- Develop and present business solutions to customers, prospects and other business stakeholders with the purpose of establishing commercial relations and new sales for the business segment
- Identify new customers through a well planned Market development activities
- Manage smooth transactions from sales to operational fulfilment to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction, while working to obtain referral business
- Generate, identify and contact leads through different sources
- Actively participate in trade shows and conferences
Basic Qualification :
- 2-5 years in Solar industry
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or similar degree
- Excellent communication and people skills a must.
- Demonstrated ability to find and close new prospects
Other Skills :
- Pro- active and willing to take initiatives and responsibilities.
- Highly self motivated, hard- working and ambitious in achieving goals and ready to do whatever it takes.
- Excellent aptitude, manipulative, behavioral, computational, presentation, verbal, written, interpersonal, communications
