WaterScience - Manager - Marketing - eCommerce Vertical (5-7 yrs)
Brief Description :
- We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented and highly motivated professional to help drive success across eCommerce platforms & the brand website. This is a cross-functional role involving responsibilities in P&L, marketing, product strategy, merchandising, stock planning, and a bit of analytics. Some of the key levers used to help achieve this objective are leveraging current selection via multiple fulfilment channels for increased sales conversion, discoverability, quality, and improving operational performance. The candidate would need to actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders like production, creative, marketing, and marketplace teams to identify potential growth avenues.
- Responsibilities include expanding our product selection, improving product availability, building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners (both internally and externally), category analytics, and driving overall improvements to our online business.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensuring both top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Create/review/manage listings across marketplaces in complete detail to understand deficiencies in catalogue quality, the current level of performance, and areas of growth
- Manage inventory and stocking across key channels and warehouses
- Liaise with logistics partners on agreements, APOBs, registrations, and movement of stocks across fulfilment centres.
- Track stock movements and manage inventory reconciliations across marketplaces
- Engaging with marketplace teams and ad managers to understand advertising goals and expectations, run profitable campaigns, and track performance and key metrics for the advertising done
- Analysing account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend and implement optimization solutions to increase efficiency and meet organizational goals and performance metrics
- Analysing data trends and creating keywords lists, bids, and budget suggestions; gathering and analysing data at account/campaign/industry level
- Monitoring and communicating campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights, using this knowledge as a basis for future campaigns
- Working with Account Management, Sales & Marketing, and Product teams to identify and solve issues blocking product and brand performance on marketplaces
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products
- Ensure active participation on deals, promotions, seasonal and key sale events across marketplaces. Track, measure, and report performance on deals/promotions, areas of opportunity, and upcoming promotions on the calendar. Plan for stocking, visibility, and positioning of brand and products on marketplaces
