Job Description :
- Create actionable plans to both grow followers and drive ROI through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Position the brand or company as the thought leader and create new and innovative ways to engage social media.
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.
- Strategise and oversee management of campaigns and ensure Lead generation and increase the ROI while ensuring brand consistency
- Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.
- Should be well versed in competitive research, audience identification and strategy.
- Design strategy should be conceptualized, and a basic understanding of designing creatives should be present.
- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels and work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly.
Desired Skills :
- 4-7 years of social media management experience
- Experience in Healthcare Industry will be preferred.
- Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
