- Managing inbound and outbound calls.
- Sell Watchful Eye service subscription & App download meeting targets.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- The Role requires meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales target of app download and subscription.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
Required Skills:
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
