Wastelink - Intern - Business Development (0-5 yrs)
Wastelink is an early age startup working at the intersection of waste management, logistics and cloud technology to reduce recycling costs for companies and provide waste stream analytics for them. Wastelink founders are ex- Sequioa funded startup and ex-United Nations. Wastelink is already in the market with large FMCGs, airports as clients.
Wastelink is looking to hire a full-time intern to work in its business development efforts to establish a recycler network in Delhi NCR. Selected intern's responsibilities include:
1. Building a network of recyclers in Delhi NCR through extensive market research using primary (meetings, phone calls etc.) and secondary (online) media
2. Sending out communications of materials to recyclers to establish relationship with Wastelink and codify/document their respective service capabilities
3. Converting prospective enquiries from waste generation into customers by coordinating between the supplier and the recyclers
We are looking for entrepreneurial folks including but not limited to fresh graduates, current students and pre-MBAs who are interested to join an early stage startup. Prospective applicants should be self starters and unafraid of getting their hands dirty especially while working in a largely unorganized sector. Prospective applicants should also be willing to travel within Delhi/NCR frequently to meet with recyclers and customers.
